Since launching our business 10 years ago, the ArenaCAD team – specialized in surveying, 3D scanning, and point cloud data processing – has developed a network of collaborators and clients, demonstrating professionalism, quality of service, and a focus on results.

ArenaCAD leverages the experience we gained as the Customer Service department of TopoDOT in Europe. In addition to specialized training, ArenaCAD team members have managed a variety of projects in the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, UK, Ireland, and New Zealand.

Our Point Cloud Modeling or Scan to BIM Services are tailored to the needs of land surveyors, laser scanning experts, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineers, architectural designers, and construction management companies, as well as general contractors, facility management companies, and those providing full AEC company services.

We use the latest technologies in the field, offering our clients the ability to easily manage their construction projects. This dramatically reduces the time required for implementing changes, especially when it comes to building modernization, renovation, rehabilitation and changes in function.

Chris Ball

Chris is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in international trade, development, and diplomacy.

Chris looks to work with good people who care about building honest, quality businesses built squarely on positive customer relationships. He comes to ArenaCAD with executive experience in global manufacturing where on-time delivery, tight quality control and customer service were key to success.

Although born in Georgia and raised in Alabama, Chris today heads ArenaCAD’s USA office in Cheshire, CT and spends his time in the US, Hungary, and Romania. Chris is also a tenured professor of economics at Quinnipiac University (Hamden, CT).

Andrei Oros

A visionary CEO with the business skills and the drive for innovation, Andrei is always on the lookout for the demanding AEC industries’ needs.

As a professional geodetic engineer, Andrei has over 17 years of technical experience in the field of topographic engineering and over 5 years in the field of scanning and digital environment construction projects (buildings and infrastructure).

Ella Coman

Co-founder of ArenCAD and a professional engineer, Ella is a soft, but firm manager. She graduated Geodetic Engineering 15 years ago, working in the field of terrestrial measurements. Ella has 5+ years of experience in 3D scanning.

While managing budgets and handling payments, Ella also supports her team members while sharing her knowledge with colleagues from the Construction, Scanning and Digital Infrastructure departments.

Ella has a gift for reading people, and her way of living and working is defined by fairness and simplicity.
